AXCIA-CYBER-26 – Batch 3: OSINT Tools & Online Financial Crime Investigations is part of the AXCIA – Annual Cyber Exercise for Investigating Agencies, jointly organised by the Cyber Operations Division, Kerala Police and the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kottayam.
This programme is designed to provide hands-on, investigation-focused training in modern open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and online financial crime investigation domains, including CDR/IPDR analysis, social media investigations, virtual number and VOIP fraud analysis, transaction monitoring, AML rule-based detection, web scraping, and dark web intelligence.
The course integrates real-world cyber fraud case scenarios, telecom and financial forensic methodologies, OSINT automation tools, and practical exercises aligned with law enforcement, banking fraud, and digital investigation requirements
