The Cyber Commando Training Programme is a specialized initiative of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) under the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), designed to develop highly skilled and technically capable cyber professionals capable of defending and responding to advanced cyber threats.

This program focuses on strengthening the nation’s cyber resilience by training participants in offensive and defensive cyber operations, digital forensics, threat intelligence, and incident response techniques.


🎯 Course Objectives

  • To build a specialized cyber force trained in offensive and defensive digital operations.

  • To enhance technical expertise in network security, malware analysis, and forensic investigations.

  • To provide hands-on training with real-world cybercrime case studies and threat simulation exercises.

  • To enable participants to identify, investigate, and neutralize cyber threats across digital ecosystems.

  4. Malware Analysis & Reverse Engineering – Static and dynamic analysis, unpacking, and behavior tracing.

  5. Cyber Threat Intelligence – Data collection, analysis, and operational intelligence.

  6. Incident Response & Cyber Operations – Real-time attack detection, mitigation, and recovery.

  7. Advanced Hands-on Labs – Simulated attack-defense environments using national and open-source tools.
